I know very little of this man. I am hoping that it may be possible someone may have served with him or possibly he has family still alive. I am lead to believe he came from the Wollongong area, although this is also sketchy.

Richard CROOK 1939-45 War Medal & Australian Service Medal 1939-45. Both these medals are without ribbons. I have been researching my grandfather's WW2 service and when I checked his medals I found that there were two extra medals belonging to:

Gunner Richard CROOK NX163526, Born: Blackburn, U.K. on 30/07/19.
Enlisted into the Australian Army on: 12/05/43 and discharged: 22/06/44.
Served in 23 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Battery.
His Next of Kin is listed as himself on the National Archive Database.

My Grandfather served in the RAAF (32Sqn) during the War and then lived in Temora, NSW after WW2 but none of my relatives can shed any light on who Richard was or how his medals ended up with my Grandfather's medals.

Service Medal - McKenna, P.J. 28793 I am trying to locate the family of Patrick Joseph McKenna 28793 formerly of Sutherland NSW, family from Balmain. I have his WW1 campaign medal which is in our possession as Patrick (Paddy) was a boarder at a house owned by my late grandfather and grandmother in Sutherland.

I would prefer this medal to be in the possession of the family of Paddy. Any assistance in locating his family would be grateful. I believe that his daughter may be high up in the legal profession in Sydney.
