Circular 1/23 Sub-Branch Annual Returns (SBAs)

The RSL NSW Constitution requires sub-Branch Annual Returns (SBAs) to be completed by sub-Branch Executives and submitted to ANZAC House by 31 May each year. The online form is now available in the sub-Branch Portal.

The SBA Form lodgement must be completed online via the sub-Branch Portal. ANZAC House will not accept printed or scanned documents. The SBA Form automatically calculates totals, populates notes, and pre-fills sub-Branch information that is recorded in the sub-Branch Portal. It also has the capability to add fields to insert information outside of the parameters of the form.

The completed online SBA Form can be downloaded and printed by sub-Branch secretaries that prefer to keep paper-based records.

An instructional how-to guide will be accessible from 16 January 2023 and the RSL NSW Member Support Team is available during business hours to provide technical assistance.

From this point forward, the SBA Form will be available in the sub-Branch Portal from 1 January each year.
