Circular 44/22 2023 Budget Template now available

The 2023 Budget template and submission instructions are now available under the Finance tab of the Member Resources section on the RSL NSW website. Please note that the deadline for receipt of your 2023 sub-Branch Budget to ANZAC House is 30 November 2022.
The Budget template is a management tool for sub‐Branches to prepare a financial plan to compare actual income and expenditure against what they have budgeted or forecasted for at the start of a 12-month period. The plan is used by sub-Branches for future operations with a view to enhancing financial performance, governance, and reporting for the period from January 2023 to December 2023.
The Budget template will assist sub-Branches to outline their intention to contribute to the RSL NSW Veteran Support Fund (a voluntary contribution pool), which is aligned with the objectives of the Strategic Plan 2021-2026. The Veteran Support Fund will finance state-wide contributions to support services such as RSL LifeCare Veteran Services (formerly RSL DefenceCare) and the National Centre for Veterans’ Healthcare, the sub-Branch Support & Assistance Fund, and sponsorships and scholarships.
