Membership Process Update
Dear Honorary Secretary,
As part of ongoing efforts to improve the entire membership process, we are updating how payment of capitation fees are processed.
Starting from Monday, 11 May, ANZAC House will no longer be accepting payments as part of new member applications or renewals. Instead, ANZAC House will be invoicing sub-Branches at least once a year for capitation fees for all financial members of the sub-Branch.
Sub-Branches will continue the normal application process as is, however, instead of sending through the payment they will confirm payment has been received and are able to bank the funds directly into their account.
Any cheques, credit card slips etc received by ANZAC House will be sent back to the sub-Branch.
This change in process will significantly reduce administration and the number of transactions processed each year. It is also the first step in streamlining the membership process and the gradual transition to a new membership portal that will improve the entire process for everyone involved.
