Circular 62/22 2023 Congress and Annual General Meeting
In accordance with clause 8.9 of the RSL NSW constitution, notice is given that the 2023 Annual State Congress and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 22, 23, and 24 October 2023 at the Newcastle Convention and Exhibition Centre (NEX) at 309 King Street, Newcastle.
Sub-Branches can submit motions for the AGM at any time until 10 weeks before the AGM as per clause 8.12 of the RSL NSW Constitution.
A Notice of Meeting will be issued by ANZAC House four weeks before the AGM and registration for sub-Branch delegates to attend the Congress and AGM will close approximately three weeks before the event.
The Congress and AGM-related timelines will be advised after feedback from the DPC is received in February 2023.
